We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return email is accepted by the CS department, you’ll receive an RMA code along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: You will be responsible for the return fee (approx. $7.99). If your country of residence is not the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

The Intimate Care Gel is an injectable vaginal probiotic that works when used once daily for at least two weeks. We encourage everyone to try our products for up to 14 days.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can request a refund for up to two boxes within 30 days of your very first purchase. The refund will be issued for the amount you paid for the product, to the original form of payment.
Unless otherwise instructed, you do not need to return the box(es) to receive the refund.
Shipping is non-refundable and refunds do not include the cost of shipping.
If you would like to receive a refund, please contact us using our Chatbot or at support@lactocares.com. Refunds will be issued by us in our sole discretion.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
