Shipping Process

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (up to 5 days during peak seasons or stock delays).

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

We only ship on business days (Mon–Fri). No weekend or holiday shipping.

Multiple-item orders may be shipped separately, depending on stock and fulfillment partners.

Once shipped, we cannot make any changes to your order (including address corrections).

Duties, Taxes & Customs

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order, please contact your local carrier and file a claim.

Lactocares is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked delivered.

We use carrier timestamp data when reviewing claims. Claims not reported in a timely manner may not be honored.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
Because orders are processed immediately, we cannot change the address once submitted. If an incorrect address is entered, Lactocares is not liable for the package.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you’re not completely happy, you can request a return within 30 days of purchase.
